Larry J. Edmundson, 60, died Sept. 26, 2007, at his home in McCracken.
He was born May 31, 1947, in Garden City, the son of Jack and Joyce Whiting Edmundson. He grew up in the Dighton area and attended Amy Grade School. He graduated from Dighton High School in 1965. In the late 1970s, he moved to McCracken. He was a farmer. He also owned and operated his own house-painting business.
He married Cathy Christiansen in Dighton. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Todd, Golden, Colo., Samuel Sage, Lincoln; his mother, Joyce, Lakin; a brother, Mitch, Dighton; two sisters, Jacque Marsh, Lakin, Mary Jo Wilkison, Lakin; three grandsons; and several nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church, Dighton, with the Rev. Howard Bever presiding. Friends may call at Boomhower Funeral Home from noon to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in the Dighton Memorial Cemetery.
